In her 16 years of experience in Trust Management Ligia has provided clients with specialised advice in all aspects of Trusts, working hand in hand with tax and financial advisors as well as international financiers to expand client’s wealth management.
She was involved in high profile operations, such as the acquisition of Jugos del Valle by Coca Cola Company for 470 million USD.

Fabiola is an expert in payroll management and calculation, hiring and retention of talent, as well as labour legislation spanning all of Latin America. During the last 7 years she has held the position of Operations Manager for Latin America, leading the teams in Peru, Ecuador, Brazil, Guatemala, Costa Rica, Panama and Mexico, and now takes an additional role in the USA and UK expansion plans. Certified Public Accountant, with a Master’s Degree in Administration in Peru and a Master’s Degree in International Business with a Major in Human Resources from the University of Ljubliana in Slovenia. She has more than 12 years of experience leading various positions in the human resources area in Latin America.
